Q 1:  Placing Your Order

We accept only online order.
Once you've found the items you wish to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the 'checkout' link in your basket or at the top right of your screen.

You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods. You will be required to register with us (please note that this does not include your payment card details). You'll be asked to set up a password.

If you have already registered online with www.medexhub.com, simply enter your email address and password when prompted during the checkout process. At the checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the order summary page.

When you're ready to complete your order, click the 'place order now' button and wait for an online receipt. You will also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Currently we only accept payment by paypal inc.

MedExHub does not charge a transaction fee for processing credit or debit cards.
Medexhub currently utilizes e-commerce functionality through PayPal. In order to purchase products on the Website, the user will be required to enter personal and financial information through PayPal. At no time does Medexhub request, collect, or store user credit card information within its own systems.

Information collected by Medexhub under this Policy is stored on secure servers, which are protected by industry standard security measures. However, no security system is impenetrable, and these systems could become accessible in the event of a security breach. We cannot enforce or control the security of the computers, electronic devices, or electronic communication method that you may use to send e-mails and submit information to us over the Internet. You are responsible for ensuring that the computers, electronic devices and electronic communication methods you use will provide adequate security for communicating with us.

Best Browser for MedExHub
Website works best with Google chrome web browser as it is designed for chrome.
If you want to use it for firefox web browser you need to activate the scroll bar for the popup windows.
Method of activation described below:

1- Write    about:config      in the address bar.
2- Click on I will be care full,I promise!
3- Search for dom.disable_window_open_feature.scrollbars.
4- Set value to true by double clicking the flase value.
5- If not comfortable use Google Chrome web browser or Safari, Opera or IE latest versions.

Although Medexhub is designed for Google Chrome and works best on Chrome web browser but it is compatible with most of the current up to date browsers for example Apple Safari, Opera, Microsoft IE and Mozilla Firefox( Needs activation of scroll bar see the instructions above).

To have a feel of Medexhub click on the Demo on the front page of the Medexhub.

Q 5:  Account data deletion policy

 Account data deletion policy.

14 days after your account for one of the Services is cancelled (assuming that you have not purchased a new subscription to that Service), an automated process will begin that permanently deletes your Session Data for the cancelled Service in accordance with our data deletion policy. Once begun, this process cannot be reversed and Session Data will be permanently deleted.
